WELCOME
I am a special educator and former public school teacher, who develops personalized instruction and offers interventions for children who are identified with a Specific Learning Disability (SLD) in reading and/or writing, have Dyslexia, or simply need support in reading and/or writing.
I help children with all aspects of reading and writing from the most essential pre-reading skills to fluent reading and comprehending text, as well as composing sentences to the composing of paragraphs and various types of essays, and such essentials as spelling, grammar, punctuation and capitalization.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of children, including children who are twice exceptional, are identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, as well as with children who are acquiring English as a second language.
